Hong Kong Wine Authentication Centre (HKWAC) was founded in 2019 as the first and only specialised provider of authentication and wine consultancy services in Asia. With branches in Hong Kong and Singapore, we aim to provide professional services in Wine Authentication, Risk Management as well as Consultancy in Wine Management.

HKWAC is founded and owned by Mr. Domonal Yeung (CPM, Hon. FCRP, FCIM), who has been in the wine industry for over 22 years, with extensive knowledge and connections in the international wine market as an importer, distributor and wine consultant.

Domonal is one of only a handful of TCM® Certified Authenticators in the world and the only certified Authenticator in Hong Kong. Having undergone more than three years of rigorous training under the pupilage of world-leading Wine Fraud Expert Maureen Downing, Domonal has amassed extensive practical experience in wine authentication.

Wine fraud is a hugely prevalent issue in the wine market. With growing concerns within the wine community regarding this crisis, Domonal’s expertise and qualification in wine authentication will prove invaluable to clients.
